A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~.~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
1 DENYING VARIANCE NO. 22]
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
3 a Verified Petition from LINK W. BROWN, 335 West North Street, Anaheim, CalifOrni
as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
4 County of Orange, State of' California, described as follows:
5 Lot 15 of Tract No. 601, located at the northeast corner of West North
Street and North Helena Street.

The property is presently zoned as R-It Single Family Residential Zone.

The Applicant requested permission to erect a single family residence
8 and garage on the front portion of the lot. There is at present a small
home on the rear portion.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commmssion did hold a Public Hearing at the City
10 Hall in the City of Anaheim on Monday, March 1, 1954, Notices of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
11 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
12 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
13 and reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following:
14 1. There does not appear to be exceptional or extraordinary circumstances
or conditions applicable to the property involved or.to the intended use
1§ of the property that does not apply generally to the property or class of
use in the same vicinity of zone.

2. It does not appear that such a variance is necessary for the oreservation
!? and enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by ot~er property
in the same vicinity and zone and denied to th~ property in question.

3. The granting of the variance might be detrimental to the public welfare
19 or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone
in which the property is located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
9.1 HEREBY DENIES VARIANCE NO. 223°
9.9. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 1st day of
