A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE N.O. 224...
2 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from RAYMOND L. ALLF/~, 326 South East Street, Anaheim,
5 California, as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California~ described as follows:

A portion of Lot 8, Anaheim Extension, 75 feet by 211.2 feet, located
5 at 326 South 'East Street. The property is presently zoned as R-2, TWO-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
The Applicant requested permission to erect a two-story duplex on th~
7 property in addition to the existing home andapartment.
8 ~EREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the .City of Anaheim on Monday, March 1, 1954, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
9 ANAHEIM M~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS~ Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
11 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the follo,~ing:

1. There appear to be exceptional and extraordinary circumstances applicable
~ to the subject property. It is directly across the street from a pipe
material storage yard,

2. The granting of the Variance will allow the Applicant income from property
1~ that has been devaluated by the property across the street.
16 3. The granting of the Varisn.-.e will not be detrimental to the public welfare
or injurious ~o improvememts in the vicinity.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
