10 WHEREAS, The City Pluming Commission did hold a Public Hearing aS the City
in the City of Anaheim on Monday, ~4ay 17, 1954, NOTICES of which said Public Hearin
11 were duly~ given as required by law and' the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICi?~L CODE
Section 9200; and

WHERFAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation smd studies made
lS by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:

1. The tracts are practically self contained units and the thare appear to be
15 exceptional and extraordinary conditions applicable under the circumstances
2. The granting of these VARIANCES will allow a greater individualt.~y to the
16 subdivisions and allow patio or outdoor living areas between the garage
and the front of the house.
17 3. This arrm~gement has been successfully used on many tracts with good
results andhas enhanced the appearance of these tracts.
18 4. The granting of these VARIANCES would nct be detrimental to the properties
in the area.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvED THAT THE ANADi.2iM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
20 {EREBY GtL~uNTS VARIANCES NOS. 229 AND 230.~ SUBJECT TO THE. E[~ECTION OF SCREENING
FENCES BY THE SUBDIVIDER TO PROVIDE A UNIFORMITY OF DESIGN.
