Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

Poblic Nearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200;
WHW~EAS, Said Commission, afte--~:~, inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, ~[ ~-fter due consideration of -11 evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does ft~ and determine the following facts:
1.The prope~y to the north is zoned as M-l, LiDht Manufacturing, and

2. S:~ is proposed to use the :ear of the oroperty for a Plumbing Shop,
