A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 306

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
p. Verified Petition from RAY BRYAN HAYFIELD, 327 North Philadelphia St., Anaheim,
California, as owner, of a certain parcel of real property situated in tho City
~ of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of California, described as follows:
4 Lots 87, 88, and 89 of Heimann and George:s Addition being the
Southwest corner of East Adele Street and North Philadelphia Street.

The applicant requests permission to conduct a REAL ESTATE BUSINESS
in the Single-Family Residence at the above address. The present
6 zoning of the property is R-3~ MULTIPLE-FAmILY RESIDENTIAL.
7 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, March 7, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
8 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
11 and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:
19. 1. That there would appear to be nothing detrimental in allowing
this use at the above address.
