ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of cert-~ real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as

WHE ~REAS, The City Planning Co~mission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F~ g~-~--39._ on the l~th day of Juae , 1935, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as req'ui~ed by law and the provisions of the
.. ~ ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WH~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following f~cts:
