1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from JAMES N. MC LAUGltLIN, Elks Club, 423 North Lc...; Angeles
2 Street, Anaheim, California, as owner, E. B. COLLINS, 1721~. East Elm Street,
Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property
~ situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:

Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of Lot 42 of Anaheim
5 Extension, said poir,t being Westerly 180.5 feet from the South-
easterly corner of Lot 42; thence Northerly, parallel with the
6 Southerly line of said Lot ~2 to a point in the East boundary
line of Zeyn Street as conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed;
? thence Southerly along said Easterly boundary line of Zeyn Street
to the Southerly line of said Lot 42 and thence Easterly along
8 said Southerly line of said Lot 42 to the point of beginning, ex-
cept the Northwesterly 63.50 feet thereof, also except that pot-
