ANAHEIM REEOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WEEREA~, The City Planning Commissi~ n of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property own~,r (s) of certain real ~operty situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, 4escribed as
follows:
Tract No. 3006 is located at the Northeast corner of South Citron Street
and West Vermont Avenue.
Tkis tract as filed would norm~!y be R-l, SINGLE F.~.'~ P~ID~TZAL but
the owuer, 2,.~LRTE K. M~-~S, 410 South ~L~ple Aven~e, ~.iontebello, California
and FR~ C. ~[~7.,~, 1908 West Beverly Boulevard, Montebello, California,
as Authorized ~gent, request that this tract be reclassix~ied to R-3,
MULTIPLE FA~Ly RESIDEntIAL similar to Tract No. 1142 to the east.
WHE WREAS, The City Pl-~ning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55-56-22 on the 6th day of ~b~a , 19 56, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM b~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itse?f and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports off~ 'ed at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
!.The tract is identical ~ith Tract No, 1142 to the east except that
it is reversed.
2. There is a Carpenter's Union E&ll being~ erected opposite the ?-,bject
property.
3. There is also a Chicke~ Ranch nearby.
4. The granti.~g of the Reclassification should not be detrimenta~ to
other properties in the area, if proper restrictions are imposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~0LVED THAT THE ANAH~M CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
