a Verified Petition from the MANLEY-KUHNS CORPOFATTON, 512 North La.Brea Avenue,
Los Angeles, California, as oxners of a certa:n parcel of real property situated
in the City o£ Anaheim, Courity of Oran~e, State of California, described as
follows:
The property is described as beginning at the centerline intersection
of Hatella Avenue and W~st Strcet in the City of Anahcim, California;
thence West along the centerline of 2tatella A~~enue a distance of 190.00
feet; thence North and parallel to the centerline of West Street a dis-
tance of 40.00 ieet to +,he true point of beginning; thence North and
par~llel to the centerline of West Street a distance of 170.00 feet;
thence East and parallel to the centerline of Katella Avenuc a distance
of 150.00 feet; thence South and parallel to the centerline of West

City Hall in the City of Anah~im, on February 20, 1956, I~TICES of which said
Public Hearing were du~y given as required by law and the provi;;ions of the
~INAHEIM MIJNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the folloxing facts:
1. The subject property was granted a Variance for a Shopping Center
which is apparently nqt going to be developed as such.
2. Other Uariances have been granted for Service Stations on other
corners in the area.
3. The property is directly aeross froen the Hatella Sehool and a I
Service Station creates an~ipen corner with good visibility, ~
which is an asset around a School Site.
NUW, THERSFORE, BE IT RESOLVSD THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING CAMMISSIUN
