The subject property was granted a Variance for a Shopping Center which is apparently nqt going to be developed as such. 2. Other Uariances have been granted for Service Stations on other corners in the area. 3. The property is directly aeross froen the Hatella Sehool and a I Service Station creates an~ipen corner with good visibility, ~ which is an asset around a School Site.
