1 :,.;HEREAS~ The City Planning Commission of the City of inahehn has receive~
a Verified Petition from the MANLEY-KUHNS CORPORATION, 512 North La Brea Avenue,
£ Los Angeles, California, as owners of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as

4 The property is described as heginnin§ at the centerlLue intersection
of Cerritos Avenue and Walnut Street in the City of AnaheL~, California;
§ thence West alon9 the centerline of Cerritos Avenue a distance of 185
feet; thence South and parallel to the centerline of Walnut Street a
6 distance of 20.00 feet to the South property line of Cerritos Avenue
and the true point of beginning; thence South ~d parallel to the
7 cente~line of Walnut Street a distance of 140.00 feet; thence East
aha parallel to the centerline of Cerritos Avenue a distance of 165

WHE~'~S, The City Plannin§ Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
14 C~ty Hall in the City of AnaheLm, on February 20, 1956, NOTICES of which said
l§ P~hlic Hearin~ were duly given as required by 3.aw and the provisions of the
~N~JtE~ MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studie:
l? made by itself and in its behalf ~nd after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. The property is a portion of Tract No. 1647 'on which it is
19 proposed to build Multiple Family Dwellings and is presently
classified as R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY Pd~SIDENT/A4.
~0 2. The property adjoins the proposed "Motel of the Stars".
