WHEHEAS, The City Planning. Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
1 a Verified Petition from PAUL J. K~d~K, 16752 East Santa Clara, S~nta Aha, Cali-
fornia, as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of
2 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
3 The North 216 feet of the East 11~ feet of the West 347 feet of
Lots 3 and 4 of Block A, Tract No. 13 further described as the
4 south side of Lincoln Avenue just east of Brookhurst Street.
5 The applicant requests, permission to erect a building for a

ll reports offered at said Hemring, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This corncr is predominently Commercial Eith a Service Station

on the corner and a do-nut shop ~ext door.
2. The area directly across the street is Commercial.

other pxoperties in the area.
