the City of Anaheim, County o£ Orange, State of California, described as follows:

~ The applicant requests permiosion to erect a Super ~zrket facility
to sell retail food and allied products including off-sale liquor.

9 ~_~tEAS~ The City Plam~ing commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim~ on April 16, 1956~ NOTICES of which said
10 Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANJG~.IM ~ICIPAL CODE~ Section 9200; and
W1 ~iREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection~ investigation and studies
12 made by itself and in its behalf m~d after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts
1. There are exceptional circumstances applicable to the property in
14 that it fronts on a State Highway.
2. The property is being used at present as a wood yard ~d a plumbing
1 ~ assembly yard.
3o Other Variances have been granted for Comnercial Uses along Lincoln
16. Avenue.
4o There are approximately 300 homes to the south of the subject
17 property and 200 to the north°
5o The granting of the Variance should not be detr~ent~l to other
18 properties in the ~re~o

HEREBY GRA2ffS VARIfd~CE NCo 532 SUBJECT TO:

1. One ingress and .egress on Embassy Avenue 30 feet in width°

west line of the b~ding to thc west line of the property, said
~2 wall to taper down to one foot at the roadway entrance on Embassy
23 3. The erection of a five (5) foot solid wall closing off the loading
zone from Embassy Avenue.
