~, The City Planning Co~ission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) cf certain real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: Starting at a point 30 feet distant from the center line of Magnolia
Avenue and ex~en~g ~long the Southerly right-of-way l~e of Lincoln Avenue, a
distance of 620 feet (more or less); thence at right angles to Lincoln Avenue a
d/stance of 300 feet (more or less); thence Westerly at r~ht angles to Magnolia
Avenue a distance of 620 feet (more or less); thence Northerly along the Easterly
right-of-way line of Magnolia Avenue a d/stance of 300 feet (more or less) to the
point of beg~rming. The property owner, s, Wa.lker s-d Lee, Inc. 4100 Bellflower

that their properties be reclassified from R-A, P~SIDENTIAL-AG~ICULTURAL, to
WHEREAS, The City Pl~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55-56-~. on the 2_~t d~y of ~a.y. , 19 56, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~ru/~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does f~d and determine the following facts:
1. The Applican~ W~er and Lee', Inc., d/d not know about the other
applicants on his petition, ~s these signatures were obt~{~ed
by one of b~s salesmen.
2. None of the other applicant's appeared at the hea=ing.
3. The new policy of the Commission is that perso~.,.s seeking reclassi-
fications m,:st present fac~s to justify a reclassification.
4.The C-3 Use requested is too heavy for the genera/ reclassification
of the area.
5. The appl/cant, WaLker az~ Lee, Inc., was advised to file a new reclassi-
ficatiu.~ on o~ly ~-~ own property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBy RECOMM~S TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
