WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: A portion of the W} of the SB~ of Section 12, T4S, EllW, S.B.B. & M
consisting of 303.59 feet frontage on Lincoln Avenue and 301.1 feet frontage
on Bel-Air Road. The property is further described as being at the Southwest
corner of Tract No. 2780.
The Applicants, ~LIZAB~TH D. CEAMI~ and ROS~ D. BURNSIDB, 1419 North Amalfi,
Pacific Palisades, California, request that the property be reclassified as
follows:
a. The West portion of the property consisting of 200 feet on Lincoln
Avenue ami 300 feet on Bel-Air Road be reclassified as C-3, B~AVY
COMME~CIAL.
b. The balance of the property to the ~aat be reclassified to at least
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

Public Hearing was duly given as required-by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is located near the intersection of two state highways,
Lincoln Avenue and Stanton Avenue.
2. There will be built at the rear of this property subdivisions conta/n-
lng over 200 home~,
3. The reclassification was originally requested from the County but before
compXetion, the area was annexed to the City of Anaheim.
4. The subdividers are in favor of a -_~11 shopping area at this location.
