A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NOS. 558-561 INCLUSIVE
1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
Verified Petitions from TRUDY RICHA/{DS. 305 Robertson Boulevard, Beverly Hills,
2 California, as Subdivider, ORANGE COUNTY EXPEDITORS, 2202 South Magnolia Avenue,
Santa Ann, California, as Authorized Agent, of certain parcels of real property

as follows:

1. The East side of Brookhurst Street, 200 feet South of Broadway.

Hall in the 'City of Ar, aheim, on June 4, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public'
10' Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAH]~.IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEKEAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
12 made by itself and in Its behalf and after due c'onsiduratton of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following 'facts:
1. Other Variances for signs have been granted for the sale of lots a'nd
homes in tracts located in Anaheim.

16 HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NOS. ~561 INCLUSIV~ SUBJECT TO:
17 1. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by ~5 feet.
~. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or less.
18 3. A permit must be taken out with the Building Department.
4. The name of the Sign Company must appear on every sign erected.
19 5, Signs must be 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street
or highway.
~O 6. At the intersection of the streets, the signs must be set back 25 feet.
7. All signs shall have a 6 foot .ground clearance.
