WHER~L~S, The Oity Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
· Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: The u½ of the N~ of the NW~ of the NW~ of Section 16, T4S, P.10~, S~B.&M.

the North fro~t~ge along Lincoln Avenue for a depth of 250 feet be reclassified to O-1,

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

Public Hearing was duly gi--~n as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~ru~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, inves'~igation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
renorts offered at said He,rings, does find and determine the following facts:
l. Other variances ~a~d reclassifications for 0-1 use~ have been granted on
Lincoln Avenue, which i~ a St_~te Highway.
2. The R-3 at the rear ~fs I~Flca/ as the propert%-! Will be near the Loara
Street School which is on R-3 property.
