.The applicants request permission to erect a temporary directional sign

WHBRBAS, The City Planning. Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 18, 195§, NOTICES of which said Public

MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and

4.. reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following' facts:
i.~' 1. Signs of a directional nature appear to be necessary to direct prospec-
i 12 tire customers to tracts with homes for sale.
2. These signs are temporary.
1~ 3. They are .located so that they do not become detrimental to the public

15' H~RBBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 570 SUBJECT TO:
- ~' 16 1. Signs shall b'e.a ma)~mum size of 10 by 25 feet.
2. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or less.
1~ 3. A permit must be taken out With the Building Department.
4. The name of the sign company must ·appear ;on every sign erected.
18' 5. Signs must be 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street or
highway.
19 6. At the intersection of the' s?reets, the signs must be set back 25 feet.
7. Ail signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance.
20 8. The fee per sign shall be $25.00.
9. Sign variances shall be ermitted for directional signs advertisin§
~1 only tracts within the .city limits of Anaheim.'
