Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of
5 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

5 The applicant requests permission to use a house on Lot 9 and the Easterly
15 feet of Lot 8 of Block A of the Lorelei Tract for a Real Estate Office.

W~L~REAS, The City Planning Co~ission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
~ Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 18, 1956~ .NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the A~I~
8 ~NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and
9 WHeREAs, Said Co~ission~ after due inspection~ investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
10 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
11 1. These properties on East Center Street are gradually changing to Co~er-
cial uses.
1~ 2. Other variances have been allowed in this s~e block for similar uses.'
3. The granting of the variance will not be detrimental to other properties'
1~ in the. area.
