~ Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California, as Owner, FRANK FRIESEN, 1315 Cber£y Drive,
Orange California, as, Authorized Agent of a certain parcel of property situated
~ in the City of Anaheim, County of Okange, State of California, described as follo~ :
4 Northemst intersection of .Magnolia Avenue and Houston Street.
The applicants request permission to extend rime'if ~n existing sign
used by another tract by.repainting same.

WHERE~S, The City Planning Commission did hold 'a Public Hearing at the City
7 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 2, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public Hearin
were duly'given'as required bY law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
8 CODE, Section '9200~ and
9 WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due 'inspection, investigation and studies .,
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all e'vidence
i 10 and reports made at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by 25 feet.
15 2. .Signs will be permitted fo~ a m~ximum'3period of 6 months or less.
3. A permit must be taken out with the Building Department.
16 4.. The ns.me of. the. sign company must appear on every sign erected.
5. Signs must 'be 10'feet back of. the right-of-way lihe of any 'street
17 or highway.
6. At the intersection of the streets, the signs must be set back 25 feet..
1~ 7. All signs 'shall. 'have a 6 foot ground clearance.
8. The fee per sign shall be $25.00.
19 9. Sign 'variances shall be permitted for directional signs advertising
only tracts within, the city ~'imits of Anaheim.
