1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of 'the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from CARROLL G. BLAND, iR., 1815 West La Palms Avenue, Aha-
2 heim, California, as Owner, RAYMOND SPrY{AR, 1112 North Buclid Avenue, as Autho-
rized Agent of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
'~ County of Ors.nge, State of California, described as follows:
4 Lot 24, .Tract No. 4~.'., and further described as 1815 West I.a Palma Avenue.
5 The applicant requests per~ission to use the present dwelling at 1815
West La Palms Avenue,. for a dwelling and a real estate office.

~ Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Auzust 6, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly ~iven as required by. law' and the provisions of the ANA/{~IM

12 objections were raised, by 'a few owners~ relative to deeding of
property to the City of Anaheim for street Widening and the City
1~ Council finally denied ~he reclassification 'and stated any Commercial
uses on these properties would be established by Variance.
14 2. Several of these'properties have now been granted Commercial Uses
by Variance.
