nia, as Owner, KUNZ SIGN ART SERVICE, 15312 Arrow Highway, Baldwin Park, Cali-
3 fornia, as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County o£ Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Approximately 600 feet Emst of Stanton Avenue on the South side of Lincoln

6 The appz~cant requests permission to erect a Temporary Directional Sign.

Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 15, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of theANidlEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; ~nd

~{ER~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. This tract, No. 2358, has 156 homes with 200 additional projected.
1~ 2. Three Directional Signs have been granted for North and South locations
but none to direct prospective customers coming from the East or West
13 along Lincoln Avenue.

1. Signs will be a maximum size of 10 by 25 feet.
16 2. Signs shall be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or less.
3. A permit must be taken out with the Building Department.
1~/ 4. The name of the sign company must appear on every sign erected.
$. Signs midst be 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street or
18 highway.
O. At the intersection of tile streets, the signs must be set back 25 feet.
19 7. Ail signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance.
8. The fee per sign shall be $25.00.
~0 9. Sign variances shall be permitted for directional signs :dvertising only
tracts within the City limits of Anaheim.
