Park, California, as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situ-

WI~REAS, The.City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
9 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 4, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law, and the provisions of the &NAHEIM
~UNICIPAL' COBB, Section 9200~ and

W~RFAS, Said Commission, after d~ inspection, investigation and studies
11 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said ltearing, does find and determin~ the following facts:
1. Other directional signs variances have been granted for Tracts in the
3~ City of Anaheim.
2. These are the first signs for Tract No', 2317 which contains 44 lots and
14 is situated on the North side of E~s~ South Street, Bast of Placentia
Avenue.
