WHeReAS, The City Planning Commission of the C~y of Anaheim has received a
Veified Petition from the property Owners of certain real property situated in the
2 ~ity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel I - Starting at a point 291.15 feet more or less from the center-
line of Harbor Boulevard and extending along the Southerly right-of-way
4 line of West Vermont Avenue a distance of 295.65 feet; thence Southerly
5 parallel to Harbor Boulevard a distance of 409 feet more or less; thence Eas-
terly parallel to West Vermont Avenue a distance of 295.65 feet~ thence
Northerly parallel to Harbor Boulevard a distance of 409 feet more or less
6 from the centerline of Harbor Buulevard.
Parcel II - Starting at a poini: 158.76 feet more or less from the centerline
of Harbor Boulevard an6 extending Westerly a distance of 106 feet along the
8 Northerly right-of-way line of Ball Road; thence Northerly a distance of
478.78 feet more or less~ thence Easterly 92.21 feet; thence Southerly a
distance of 507.28 feet to the point of ~egi~n'ing.
9 Parcel III - Starting at a point 1152.65 feet more or less from the center-
line of Harbor Boulevard and extending Westerly along the Southerly right-
10 of-way line of West Vermont Avenue a distance of 370 feet more or less~
thence Southeasterly a distance of 850 feet more or less; thence Northerly
11 a distance of 760 feet more or less to the point of beginning.

17 WHBRBAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
tall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~RIFIED P~TITION of R'~_CL%~SIFICATION NO.
18 F--5§-57-58 on the Sth day of April, 1957 NOTIC~ of which sai4 Pub3. ic Hearing was
~uly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHeiM ~UNICIPAL CODE

-~-0 WHB~, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigat~o~ snd studies
,ade by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
21 -~eports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
~2 1. These are three scattered parcels in an area of some 32 acres. The
parcels contain collectively approximately betweau 6 and 7 ac~'es.
~-5 2. Protests were received from single family residents to the North.
3. No plan was ~resemted whereby there would be any access to the properties
24 except from Vermont Avenue.
4. It does not appear that truck traffic should be allowed on Vermont
25 Avenue.
5. The only possible access to the property if reclassified for M-1 would h~e
26 have to be from Ball Road.
6. The applicants had nothing concrete to offer in the way of possible uses
27 for the properties.
