WHERFn$, The C£ty Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
~ Verified Petition from EHGENE A. FA[~ION, 1536 Redwood Avenue, Anaheim, Califor-
nia, as Owner of a certain parcel of real property sltuated in the City of Anaheim.
~ County of Orange, Seato of California, described as follows:
4 Located on East Broadway on the North side of said Street between ~ast
Street and Bond Street.

6 feet lot frontage in Tract No. 3160 described a~ove.
7 WHERE., The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
[all in the City of Anaheim, on April 22, 1957 NOTICES of which said Hearing were
8 duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,
Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and stud~
10 made by itself and in its behalf md after due inspection of all evidence ant
reports offer,~d at said Hearing, does find and determine '~e following facts:
1. These lots uri§inally had a 70 foot frontage but the applicant now
12 requests 60 foot frontages which will be similar to other lots in the
area.
13 2. The lots facing on Broadway will be unchanged but the applicant will
erect only single story multiple family dwellings as requested by the
14 City Council.
3. The granting of this Variance should not be detrimental to other
15 properties in the area.
4. The lots will al/ be well over 7200 square feet.
