WHiR]FAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, has received a
2 Verified Petit ion from POLKINGHORN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 3701 Via Palomino,
Palos Verdes Estates, California, as Lessee of a certain parcel of real property
~ situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:

125 North Placentia Avenue, 300 feet North of Center Street on the West
5 side of Placentia Avenue.
6 The applicant requests permission to erect a directional sign.
7 WH~REAS~ The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a
Public Hearing at the City Hall on .~une 3, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAPIHIM
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and

WH~Pd~S~ Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

i. This is the first directional sign requested by the Subdivider of
I~ Tract No. 1825, l~¢ated on the South side of Romneya Drive ~ast .of .kTorth
East Street, which ¢on%ains 62 lots.
!5 2. Other directional Signs have been granted.
