WMEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 1, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, ~',~d Com~..is.~ion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by i~self and mn 155 behalf ~nd after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Mear.~ug, do~s find and determine the following facts:
1. There is a need in Anaheim for homes for the aged.
2. The property is R-A, a transitional zone.
3. It is near a church and is not in a densely populated area.
4. The granting of the Variance should not be detrimental, to other properties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY FLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 771 SUBjeCT TO:
1. The deeding to the city of Anaheim of 20 feet for street widening.
2. Engineering Requirements.
