V~rtfied Petition from %he 0Eer(s) of a certain parcel of real p~operty si%ua%ed
the C!%F of ~elm, Count~ of 0~ge, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 t~ough 9 of Tentative Tr=~'.:~67.
The applic~ requests a ~I~ of the 70 foot lot width.
WI~S, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold.a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on jlxly 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNIClP,~ CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said C°mmission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently classified as R-3, ~IULTIPLE PAMILY KESIDENTIAL.
2. These lots have frontages of 62 feet except Lot 1, which is 68 feet, and a
depth of 134 feet, or 8~300 square feet.
3. There is an alley for entrance to the garages at the rear of the property.
4. The .same type of dwelling unit can be placed on these lots as on a 70 foot
lot as no driveway is necessary through the property to the ga. rages.
NOW, THEP~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLA/~NING COMMISSION
