GRANTi~,~ VARIANCE NO. 863,
WHEREAS, The City Plmnnlug COmmiSsion of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

The applicants, E. PRANCe_IN and ~LC~L~NCE ANN SALV~ON, 1132 East C~h~man Avenue,
Fullerton, California, request permission to move a house on the property, and
a waive~ of the front yard setback from 25 feet to 20;feet.
W~REAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in ~he City of An-heim, on November 4, 1957~ NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by. law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section ~200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property has only a depth of 84 to 87 feet, due to backing up to the new
Riverside ~reeway.
2. The house ~o be moved to this lot is in Fullerton ~nd is $ years old.
$, Sidewalks were waived on Burton Street by the City Council.
4. The house wLll be 20 feet from the curb line and the present dwelling on the
fnext lot to the east is approximately 10 feet from ,the curb line as it is
angular to both Burton and Acacia Streets.
