GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 864.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verifiod Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in ~he City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
121 North Placentia Avenue,
Situated on the WeSt side of said street between Center Street and Redwood Avenue.
Henry and Christine M. Kramer, applicants; 121 N. Placentia Avenue, Anaheim, Calif.

WHEP~EAS, The City Pl~--ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 18, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly .given as required by law and the provisions of the A/~NR. IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section '99.00; and
WNEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently being used for multiple family uses.
2.: The proposed house contains approximately 1264 square feet.
3. The granting 6f the use should not be detrimental to other properties in the
area.
4. The dwelling will ultimately convert to residential use.
