WHEREAS, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Sta~e of California, described as follows:
Vesting at close of escrow: Marlin J. ~nd Anna Hight~wer, husband and wife.
The West 100 feet of the N~ } of the NW } of the NW } of the N~ } o.~ Section 22,
in T4S, R10W, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa And, City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State 'of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51,
page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, reco_~ds of said Orange County.
Applicant: Marlin j. & Anna Hightower, 12142 Meade Street, Garden Grove, California.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning CommiSsion did held a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 2, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
A~JNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hee-ing, does find and determine the fcAlowing facts:
1. This Motel will be in:the Disneyland area, and will be next to another Motel rec-
ently granted a variance,.
2, It is evident that the applic:~ts have made a survey and believe that such a

3. The use as shown on th~ ,~ketcb ~;esen~ed should not be detrimental to the area.
