WHERF_AS, The City Plnnning Com~ission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petit~on from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The sOutherly 330 Ft. of the northerly 396 Pt. of that portion of the NW~ of Section
15 T4S, RllW, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, county of Orange,
sta:e of California, as per map recorded in book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in :hc office of the county recorder of said county, described as follows: Beginning

WHEREAS, The City Plmnning CommiSsion did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim. on December 16, 1957, ~{0TICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly .given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAR~IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Sec%ion 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, do~s find and determine the following facts:
1. This is on a maj,= thoroughfare, Lincoln Avenue.
2. It is a good use for the property as it is in line with the proposed highw~,y
commercial zone.
3. Other variances have been granted for similar uses on Lincoln Avenue.
4. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to oth~r properti¢,s in
the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 2HE ANAHEIM CITY P~%NNI~G C0;~MISSI0~
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 883 FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION O~ A 42 UN~
SUBIR CT TO:
1. The erection of the buildings in accordance with the plans presem%ed.
2. The building set-back line to ;.q~e a minimum of 35 feet from the property 3. ine.
