In the Ci~y of ~n~beim, Cowry of 0r~ge, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 throu~ ~, ~clusive, o~ Tract 3183.
~plic~t -~e~,L~ai, Inc., 2208 Beverly Blvd., Los ~geles 57, Cal~.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nming Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in %he City of Anaheim, on December 16, 1957,NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~THEEEAS, Said Commission, after due InspeCtion, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing. does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property was originally zoned as R-i, Single Family Residential by the
City Council to act as a buffer betweev the R-3 and the R-1 across So, Citron St.
2. Later by Variance No. 769 permission was granted to bUild single story duplexes
on the lots.
3. Now the request is for two story multiple units.
4. Protests were again received against anything greater than one story duplexes
being put on the property by adjoining property owners.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAwR. IM CITY PLANNING CO~MISSION
Ha~EBY DENr~S VARL~E NO. 885 TO USE FIV~ LOtS ON SO. ClinCH ST. FOR FOUN-UNIT
MULTIPLR FAMILY STRUCTUP~.S ON ~AfX~ LOT, for the reason that it was agreed that
there should be a buffer of a lesser use between the R-1 across the street and the
two-story Multiple Family dwellings at the rear of these lots.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 16th day of
