recorded ~ Book 17, ~age ~38, M~cell~eous Maps~ Recor~ of Orange Cowry,
California. This lo~ is located at 301 E. Water Street.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Me_-ring a~ the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August $, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required hy law and the provisions of the AN.~IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due' inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac%s:
(1) All the property in the area is classified as R-l, SINGLE FAMILY P. HSI-
DENTIAL.
(2) Protests were received from property owners in the area.
(3) There is not enough land in front of the uresent dwelling to maintain
the front ~ard setback' required and the required distance between the
two structures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COA~ISSION
HEREBY D~NI~S VARIANCE NO. 794.
