WW~REAS, The City Pl~nn~ug Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 9,10, 15 and 16 of Helen and L)u~ch Subdivision, and further described as
'the SE corner of Broadway ~nd Loara Streets. The applic~nt., Fairfield Homes,
Inc., as Owner, H. N. Berber, 4333 ~ast Live Oak Ave., Arcadia, California, as
Authorized Agent, requests that the subject, property be reclassified to
MULTIPL~ FAMILY R.ES~IA~, and ~-1, LIGHT .vJu~UFACT~ING, as per Tentative
~tudy presented with the application.
WI~EI~EAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-4 on the 5th day of August , 1957 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bM itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) The study shows no buffer between the single family homes on the South
portion of the proposed development and the M-1 requested.

HEREBY RECOMMENDS T0 THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF AN~--'~.IM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-55-4 BE DENieD iNASMUCH AS TH~ TENTATIVE STUDY WAS UNSUITABLE AS A PLAN
~OR TEE AREA.
