'1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on August $, 1957, N02ICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANahEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after du~ inspection, investigation and studies
"~ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
..! reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
.i ¢1) This property is located on 'Lincoln Avenue directly West of a Service
~ Station.
: (2) There are other commercial uses in the area.
.,' (3) The proposed use next to a Service ~tation should not be detrimental
!i to other properties irc the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANANEIN CITY PRUNING COM]WI$SION
HEREBY GR~S VAI~IANC2 NO. 798 SUBJECT TO:
(1) Parking no cams to be repaired between Lincoln Avenue and the proposed
building.
(2) Maintaining the 24 foot setback from the property line.
(3) Fuznishing complete piths of the building to the Building Department ]
before a pe~'.~it is issued.
