WHEP~AS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received

', City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
,, WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
... made by itself and in it~ behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, doe~ find and determine the following facts:
(1) The property is presently classified as C-I, N~IGHBORHOOD CO~CIA3~.
. (2) It is proposed to use the south five acres except for that portion
o:: on the corner now occupied by a Service Staticn.
(3) The Parking ratio as shown is 4:1.
(~) The use will be buffered by C-1 in the rear.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I2 RESOLVED 2HAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 799 SUBJ~C~ TO:
(1)Construction of the building in accordance with the plans and rendering
presented.
