A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GR~ING A SIX MONTHrS E~ENSION ON VARIANC~ NUMBER 701.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
2170 Winston Road, on the South side of SaAd street between Placentla Avenue
and Sunkis~ Street.
PETITIONER - George A. Berlin, % L. E. Wagner Realty Company, 10503 South
Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, o~ August 5, i957) NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and s~udies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) Due to the length of time taken by the State of California to complete
their appraisals of the present property of the Neville Chemical Co.
(2) The granting of the variance extension should not be detrimental.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 2HE ANAHEIM. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS AN ~-Xr~NSION OF SIX MONTHS ON VARIANCE NO. 701.
