WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of A~aheim has recoived
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., in the County of Orange,
State of California, ~escribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line
of said West half, distant thereon Easteriy 315 feet from the Northwest corner of
said West half and running thence Southerly parallei with the West line of said
West half, 693.0 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of s~id West half,
to the Bast line of said west half; thence North along said East line to the North
line of said West half; thence West along said North line to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, inves~igation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property is located on Lincoln Avenue next '~e 20 acres classified
as C-1.
2. A ~otel is a good use for the property.
