A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0A~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
C~ANTING VAPJANC~ NO. 824.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State o£ California, described as follows:
Lot 36 through 39 of Tract 97, and further described as 1129 N. Lemon Street, Ana-
heim, California.
Petitioner: 30~ A. CANO and V~RGIL ZARLING~, 937 N. Claudina Street, Anaheim.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 16, 1957,NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
A~JNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac%s:
1. The subject property is located across the street from property
classified as M-2, Heavy Manufacturing.
2. It is requested than an M-1 use, wood working, in the form of pattern
m~king, be permitted in tile applicant's building, which was moved to
~n~ location on account of the new Riverside Freeway construction.

NOW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COAS~ISSION
HEREBY GRAATS VARIJkNCE NO. 824.
