A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAMEIN
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the Cit~ of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel 1. The SE } of the SW ~ of the NW } of Section 14, T4S, allW, S.B.B. &
Parcel 2. The South half of the North half of the SW } of the NW } of Section
T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M.; those subject lots being numbers 1-8 i0-13 16-18, 20-23,
25"27, 50'52, and 66-78. ~ ,
Applicant - BILL T. ASA~, 9712 Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City cf Anaheim, on September 16, 19$7,NOTICES of wh.~:h said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~UJNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
re~crts offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac%s:
1. This tract is in an area where there are many lots with 60 foot
fz ont age s.
2. This tract was originally f-"led in the Comut¥ which allowat 50 foot
frontage lots.
3. The map has beenreworked and wherever possible the lots have been
brought up to 70 foot frontage.
NOW, THEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GEANTS VARIANCE NO. 832, FO~ A WAIVER ~KC~ TF~ 70 FOOT PRO~TAG~ REQUIREMENT
.... ON LOTS 1-8; 10-13; 16-18; 20-23- 25-27; 50-52; and 66-78.
