WHEREAS, The City: Planning Commission of the City :of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 19 of Anaheim Extension, in the city of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, as shown on a mad of surVey made by William Namel and filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles. County, 'a copy of which is. shown in Book 3.
page 163, et~ seq.,, entitled "Los Angeles county MAPS- 'on. file in the office of the Couney
Recorder of Orange County, C~lifornia, lying N~rtherly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of W~a~ St., 66 feet in'width, distant thereon
North 15o 23· 06" West 1435 feet from the Zntersection Of said centerline with the center-
line of Bali Rd., 60 feet in width, as said streets are shown on said ma~ of Anaheim
Extension, and running thence N. 89o 56· 38" East, parallel' with said centerline of' Ball Rd.*
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Nell in the City of Anaheim, on October 7, 1927, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Sec%ion 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and Studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and de~ermine th~ following facts:
1. This tract was set up as a condition by the City Council relative to the rezoning
of the property to the south as .M-i, Ligkt Manufacturing.
2. The lots will be the 'Same ~ize as those in the tract to the north and they will
adjoin M-1 on the south so that ~there are extraordinary cLrcumstances applicable
to the subject property. -
3. The size of the 'dweili4g will: be nearly the same as those in Tract No. 2259 to the
north, although they will look larger due~ to the design.
