Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel 'of,real property situated in the ~ity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lots. 1, 2 and 3"of South Street Tract, in the City of Anaheim, State of California, and further described as 800 South Los Angeles Street.
