F--57-58-16 HE APPRO%~D WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Vested in Loren ~. Wa~ner: Parcel 1: The West 19E£eet of the Northwest ~uaxter of the Northwest quaxter of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 10 west, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, in the city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California. ~-XCE~TING that portion thereof deeded to the state of California by deed recorded April 29, 1952 in book 2322, page 139 of Official Records of said county. Parcel 2: That portion of the north half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, lying easterly of the northeasterly 1/ne of the land described in the deed to the state of California, recorded August 30, 1950 in book 2064, page 264 of Official Records of said county; and further described as 10503 S. Los Angeles St., Anaheim, California, request that the above properties be reclassified from R-A, Pd~SID~-NTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to LIGHT MANU ~A~. WKEEEAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 57-58-16 cn the 21st day of October , 19 5'7, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUI~IOIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the follo~::.E facts: 1. The property lies next to the Freeway on one side. 2. It fronts on M-i, Light Manufacture across So. Los Angeles St. 3. There is a Trailer P~rk just north of the subject, property. 4. The reclassification of this property should not be detrimental to others properties in the area.
