WHEREAS, The City Pl~_-_ning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at tho
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 6, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after duo inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
r,~ports offered at said Hearing. does find and de%ermine the following facts:
3. This is a rtl-angular shaped parcel of land lying along .~he east side of the
Santa Aha Freeway, south of West Vermont ~reet.
2.There are in this block a large Trailer Park, two Motels, a Cmrpr. certs Union
Ball~ and other commercial uses.
3. The amended variance shows the proposed building to the south of West Vermont
Avenue 150 feet, with a private road running along the west property line to
the building and with all body and fender work to be located at the south e~d*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLA~I~G COMHISSION

TO:
