WHEREAS, The Cl+.y Flanning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified P~wtition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 6 in the Orchard Park Tract, in the city of Anaheim, coun-~y of Orange, state
of California, as per map recorded in book 6 page 48 of ~Lisc.~11aneous Maps: in the

be reclassified from R-A, Residential Agricultural, to R-3, Multiple Family Residential.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-30-on the 6th day of January , 19 58 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANA~IMMUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studi,es..
made by itself and in i~s behalf, and after due consideration of all evid~oc,~
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the fol!owi~ facts:
1. The property is presently classified as R-A, Residential Agricultural, a
transitional zone.
2. The adjacent property to the south is presently classified as R-3~ Multiple
Pamily Residential.
3. The ~alm Street frontage will -n~oubtedly be classified for commercial use
of some kind, and this will act as a bu~£er between the commercial and the
R-~ on the west side of Citron Street.
4. The applicant proposes to erect ~ll-built attractive buildings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS T0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
