WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the dity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Feb~uar.y-.:3, i958',. NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as requ'i~'ed BF"ia~' an~'.'.~he provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Sai'd commission, after 'due .inspection, investigation.and studies
made by itself and-.i~ its-behalf ,~d after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered.at'~Said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Subjelct property is on the South Manchester frontage, road, triangular in shape,
and contains a single family residence.
2. It is proposed to continue th~ property as a residence and build a store building
in front for a Cam Shop and a Plower Shop.
3 Ample of£~street parking is available on the property.
4. The granting of the variance should no~ be detrimental to other proPer'ties in the area~

2. ~ngineering.requirements consisting of curbs, gutters, sidewalks and street lighting.
3. The building'.line setback to be 17 feet from the property line. This setback at
this ar~a has been established by Special Use ~ermits granted by the. county at
15 feet.
