GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 909,
V~S, The City P]-~ug Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0wnerls) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County or Orange, State of ~lifornia, described as follows:
Lot 14, Block D, Davis BrothersAddition.
Applicant - B. L. Je£fers, ~8 S. Los Angeles St., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEP~EAS, The City Pl~-m~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the AN~R. IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
