A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0FANAHEIN
GRANTING VARIANCE NOi 946,
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of 'the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s)of a certain parcel of real property situated
in %he City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 1965, further described as the southwest corner of Orangewood Avenue
nmd Haster Street.
Applicant: L. Earle Phillips, 620 Vance Street, Santa Aha, Calif.
WNE~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly givenas required by law and %he provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due considera%ion of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de%ermine the following *acts-
1, This tract will have the same type dwellings as the 200 homes to tt~ Wes%
except that they will be 1150 square feet instead of 1,000 square feet.
2. The s:reez pattern was sez by the County in Tract No. 2520 to the West.
3. These lots will vary in frontage from 60 to 65 feet with depths of !20 to 130
feet giving lot areas of from 7200 sq. ft. to 8450 sq. fT.
4. This tract will be similar to t}: tract az the West except that the homes will
carry a higher price.
NOW, THEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 946 FOR A WAIVER OF FRONTAGE Pd~QUIP~NTS PROM 70 MEET
TO 60 - 65 HEEl.
