Residential Agricultural.
6. Other homes in ~he ~ract to the w~ast are developed with homes ~ving a m~-imum
of 1500 square feet by Deed Restrictions.
7. The proposed dwelling ~o be erected facing on Mel~s !~ne would have an area of
882 square feet of liveable area, which would be out of keeping with the other
homes on Mel~s Lane.
8. The homes on the south side of Cerritos Avenue are better than average size.
9. The land to the west and to the South is undeveloped and this could set a pa~tern
for the area.
