WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0wrier(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows:
1743 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Calif.
I~2TITIONBR: Country Club ]~states, 144 S. LaBrea Ave., Los Angeles 36, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commtssi~n did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the previsions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evtdenc~ and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is the third sign requested for Tract No. 2489.
2. The trac~ is located at Ninth Street and Katella Avenue, and contsins 200 lots.
3. The subdivider is Country Club Bstates.
4. This will be the reprinting of a sign for this tract upon which the six months
time limit is about to expire.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 979 FOR A TBMPORARY DIRBCTIONAL SIGN, SUBJBCT TO TI-~
NINR CONDITIONS I~POSBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
